This site is part of the highly regarded FC Productions organisation whose owners have a record of supporting or sponsoring artists, writers and songwriters and it promises to be of real benefit to both readers and writers alike.

Writers and self publishers do not have to gamble on printing large quantities – in fact they do not have to hold stock at all! We print on demand and handle the delivery. No cash outlay and no fee to pay. We can do this because we are a high-end digital printer with specialisation in low volume book production – and a passion for the printed word does help. The site's emphasis however, is on the marketing and efficient delivery of ebooks.

For the customer, this means lower prices for printed books. You get books directly from the press – no middleman! For ebooks, well, writers will get the lion's share of proceeds. That's only fair isn't it?

We are part and parcel of FC Productions, the specialist low volume book printer. I must confess I took this shot on a weekend. Nevertheless, parking is never a problem.

If you are in Sydney, do drop in. We are located just 5 minutes' drive from the CBD (with easy parking) or a short, comfortable tram ride from Central Station or the Entertainment Centre. Buses are a bit tricky for a first-timer as they do take a circuitous route which may cause you a little panic. We are open normal business hours Monday till Friday and available even on Saturdays by appointment.

Even if you are coming from afar, Lilyfield is indeed a lovely inner city suburb with two water-facing parks which are still a bit of a secret but great for those of us who have discovered them. Worth coming to see us and then spend the rest of the day getting inspiration there – in fact the NSW Writers' Centre (www.nswwc.org.au) is located in one of these parks – the large, beautiful and historic Callan Park.
